从细胞中直接抽提DNA,最大可达2MB
 

SageHLS提供了一种新的DNA抽提方法。用户在Sage Science提供的预制胶中加入细胞悬液,随后在电泳条件下执行细胞裂解。降解的和溶解的蛋白质通过电泳被除去,完整的DNA则被保留下来,滞留在样品孔中。然后使用裂解酶将完整DNA裂解成可在凝胶中泳动的大小的DNA片段。自动化的DNA片段筛选回收系统将DNA按分子量区别收集至6个回收孔中。

使用CRISPR/Cas9进行靶向抽提纯化:CATCH*
CRISPR/Cas9可被用于设计靶向抽提纯化大片段的基因组区域或基因。这项在体外应用Cas9的技术被称为CATCH,能够促进对结构变异的研究并提供有价值的分型信息。
