皮升分液器、纳升分液器及微升分液模块做皮升、纳升及微升级别的液体处理,主要用于芯片点样、微流控芯片点样、微量反应体系反应及标准微孔板中微量样品试剂的添加,在芯片研发生产、药物筛选、微反应体系筛选、PCR反应体积构建、合成生物学及材料表面测试等领域有广泛的应用。
 

PipeJet纳升级分液模块:

 

• PipeJet纳升级分液模块,基于压电式活塞驱动,分液范围1nl-70nl。技术核心是一个弹性微管——分液管,通过压电式活塞驱动器被部分挤压,从而实现精确控制液滴体积和分液频率。这种灵活的、非接触式的分液方式,可实现不同液体在各种片基上进行复杂的液滴图案。

  • SiJet皮升级分液模块,分液范围从50pl到250pl。原理基于压电式活塞驱动器挤压整合在分液器中的微流控芯片,通过液体和气体体积置换,进行皮升级精准喷液。
