Automated fluorescence microscope for easy acquisition of combing signals with 160 samples storage
The FiberVision® scanner incorporates a new generation camera, light source and an automated sample storage and loading module. It acquires high resolution multi-color images of the whole surface of the coverslip with a hands- off workflow in only one hour.
After combing and hybridization, the CombiCoverslips are placed in barcoded sample holders for the scanning procedure.
A built-in barcode reader facilitates sample processing by identifying sample holders automatically. High-throughput imaging is made possible, as up to 160 samples can be put in the system and processed without any operator action.
The results are automatically transferred and stored at the workstation where the analysis by FiberStudio® can be started immediately after the first coverslip's scan is finished.
The FiberStudio® Software extracts hundreds of signals and analyzes data to generate easily interpretable, accurate results.
